A POPULAR Ayrshire hotel has announced plans for a major transformation of its restaurant.
The Fenwick Hotel will begin renovating the dining space on Monday, September 7.
The work will see the existing restaurant transformed with new décor, an enhanced ambience and a more comfortable setting for guests.
The hotel will remain fully open throughout the renovation.
Its restaurant will temporarily move into the function suite, allowing food service to continue while the work is carried out.
Announcing the plans, a spokesperson said: "A new chapter is coming to The Fenwick Hotel."
"We'll be creating a warmer, more elegant restaurant with beautiful new décor, enhanced ambience and a more comfortable setting for our guests."
Customers have been invited to visit the familiar restaurant before its transformation begins.
No completion date for the renovation has yet been announced.
